Dear Mr Dean Peter DavidIt has been brought our attention that upon checking in at Tianfu Sunshine Hotel on 12ed Aug. Your exprience was one of difficulty, I would like to express my sincere apologies for poor attitude of our receptionist when you arrived. There is simply no excuse in his behavior as I assure you that the necessary action has been taken to rectify the lack of service you should have receive. Furthermore, the milk we offered to your son was actually supposed to provide you as well, our room service was concerned about the "Do not disturb" signs for your door,it is liable to cause misunderstanding.
